(CNN) -- A 63-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting and impregnating his young relative is in federal custody, following his arrest three decades after and about 1,800 miles from where the alleged crime occurred.

RIM cuts profit forecast on weak BlackBerry sales

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- Research in Motion on Thursday slashed its earnings forecast for the current quarter, citing sluggish BlackBerry sales.

The company now expects that its per-share earnings will be in the range of $1.30 to $1.37 -- lower than the $1.47 to $1.55 range it forecast last month. It also reduced its revenue guidance, saying it thinks it will come in "slightly below" the $5.2 billion it previously offered as a low-end estimate.

Gas tops $3.90 nationwide

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- The average price of a gallon of gasoline reached the $3.90 mark Friday, after climbing 2 cents overnight, according to a survey by motorist group AAA.

With Friday's boost, gas prices have increased for 38 days in a row. During that time, prices have risen more than 36 cents, a jump of 10%.
